Critical: Professionalism, QualityI would have preferred that Megan would have been upfront and honest with me that she couldn’t do my hair the way I wanted but she wasn’t so instead she dyed my hair three times still unable to achieve what I wanted and left me with over damaged hair that is missing patches of color and looks nothing like I wanted. I had multiple reference pictures for what I wanted, we discussed multiple times what I wanted, she said she could do it and instead she wasted my time and money. I started with blonde hair and ended with a terrible mess.She also tried to put a product on my hair that I had told her when I originally booked an appointment with her that I thought I was allergic to because the last time a stylist used the product line on my hair I had an adverse reaction.Instead of owning up to her mistake and apologizing for severely messing up my hair she immediately blocked my number, blocked me on the social media platform we had originally been in contact on.Very unprofessional, do not recommend her, take your business else where unless you don’t really care how your hair comes out.She then had another stylist reach out to me to try to get me to remove my negative review “because it made Megan feel bad” good.
