This location seems newer than the other location. I was assisted in a timely manner and very professional. The one who attended to me for the session was very knowledgeable and professional. She answered my questions and did a great job. This location has the Motis which is a laser used for the laser hair removal which is painless.

Highly recommend! From booking the appointment to the consultation to the experience of getting injections, Slate was great. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and welcoming. My injector Michelle was super knowledgeable, gentle and informative. After three visits to the spa now I’ve come to love the staff and trust their opinions & expertise. I don’t have anything bad to write about the work or overall landscape of the spa, but rather, the consultations can be quite pressuring, in the sense that you feel forced to sign up…and when you say no to going forward or you will think about it, they get rude. I also have nothing bad to say about the two girls with dark hair that work at the front desk, but I kept getting mean looks (again not sure if it is because I didn’t go forward with a treatment…but) Just some helpful advice, the customer is always right…as you never know who they know or how big they are and who they can recommend this spa too…thank you

An amazing place with a staff that makes the experience even better! I have seen Michele for lip injections and she never fails to give me exactly what I ask for! I went to the Wayne location last week for a scheduled appointment the front desk staff was attentive and friendly. I met with Dionna the Nurse Practitioner she explained everything, was gentle with what I had done and I did not feel rushed. Overall, the entire team provided excellent service I would definitely go back.
