So I just left not even 30 minutes ago but I felt like I needed to tell someone about this. I went in for a fill-in and pedicure. The gentleman messed my nails up, he would not even shape them as you can see in the pictures. He made them extremely thin, I can tell they are going to break. I hate that he did not shape them. I’m on my way to another salon to fix it. The lady who did my feet messed it up and tried to upsell with “this is what happens when You don’t get gel” but I got gel on my nails and they are still messed up so that’s not the solution clearly. Will not be returning.

I’ve been to this establishment plenty of times prior to my horrible experience on 10/8/22. The technician who did my manicure (wish I knew her name) was extremely rude and did a terrible job with my pedicure. While sitting to do my pedicure she was talking on her phone. I had to ask her to move my chair forward because my legs were hurting trying to stretch them towards her. While cleaning my cuticles around the toenail she was using the nail nipper very roughly, I had to scream out so that she could stop because it was so rough. She didn’t exfoliate my feet which I believe came with the plus pedicure just rubbed lotion on my feet and wrapped them in a hot towel. When she polished my toenails (gel) it got even worse. She did a very sloppy job. I had to ask her to straighten my toenails because she had filed them so crooked and slanted. The polish looked terrible the way she applied it. This was the most dissatisfying nail experience I’ve had. I spoke to the owner about my displeasure and I told him I would never return to this establishment. I really feel shafted because this should have been a relaxing and painless experience. I was and still very disappointed in my service.

I wont go back.. This was my 1st visit here. I did not like the way she did my feet she did the filing all crooked. And I purchased some bedazzled press on nails from them. She charged 15 dollars for. I thought that was the while price. Then she says its 15 extra dollars just for her to glue them on. AND she didnt even send me home with the extra nails. And the next day they started breaking off. AND the little jewels fell off. That’s crazy and not the way to keep return customers. I’m new to the neighborhood and will be searching for a nail salon I can rely on and keep returning to
