Great experience here. I went in as a walk in at 11:30 am on a Sunday morning. I was taken by a young man, I honestly didn’t get his name.He took off my old gel polish and gave me a full set of acrylics with gel polish. They were long, hombre, coffin shaped nails and it was still adorable for what I’m used to. They came out very pretty.

They were singing karaoke the entire time, but you know what?! I kinda enjoyed it. It was different and I like experiencing different cultures and vibes. I went to this shop for over a year and spent hundreds of dollars at this salon. I get my nails done every week! Kaylee was my nail lady and did do a good job but she has horrible customer service. She is VERY rude and this place is extremely money hungry and they do not care about their loyal customers. I have been going there for over a year and go once every week and they treat me like I’m a walk in. I make an appointment a few days in advance and I’m always on time. There has been times I had an appointment at 10am and not seen until 10:30am because she is sitting there doing her own nails and someone else who works there. She doesn’t say sorry I’m running behind or anything. She never says hi, how are you, how’s your day, Nice to see you, NOTHING! just what color you want. I see this lady every week for the past year and a half I pay what you ask and even tip you. You would think you could treat me like a paying LOYAL customer. one time I ask her to cut my nails down a little they are getting a little long. She completely ignores me like I’m not even speaking to her. She gets made when you ask for a very simple request. This is just a few of many examples of how I have been treated there. I will no longer pay someone to treat me like that. I suggest you do not go here unless you want to be treated like a dog. Oh and yes this is one of those salons where they will sit there and talk in their own language in front of you and make you feel like they are talking about you. Give your hard earned money to another business.

I’ve never had an issue with them. The quality of their products are amazing. My pedi’s last about 3 weeks. No chipping! I can’t go to any other place. And Evelyn is amazing at acrylic nails! I don’t need to tell them anything because they know what they’re doing.

My daughter and I have been going to this nail salon for a couple months. They are good at doing nails. However, the nail technicians are rigid and savage when trimming and buffing your nails and There’s definitely a big language barrier between the customer and the technicians. It’s probably best just to go somewhere else.

I came here for 3 years! They use to ne great!! Did my nails amazing .however their attitudes have gotten worse .esp the old lady she hit my foot so i can place it back in water as i was getting a pedicure from her. I told her tell me don’t hit me. She is very rude!!! Kaylee use to do my nails every 2 weeks. Even tho she was good she is BIG TIME RUUUUDE!!! Learn some common costumer service! Say hi once in a damn while. I work hard and too pay and even TIP i expect just basic manners from them! Seriously save your money go some place else! Even with appt your waiting .Shop opens at 930 and they arrive late every single time. The old man in front needs to do more than just stand up there waiting for you to pay. Sucks after 3 years now have to find a new place .

Horrible customer service. Double books their appointments and blames it on the customer, they never apologize or take any blame. Supposedly all of a sudden the one who does the best nails there no longer accepts appointments, only walk ins. AND has the ordasity to talk about you….it’s so obvious. They never smile or say hello. This complaint is not about the salon but more about Vicky who attended me. I been here many times and been assisted by the other workers and never had a problem with the cleanliness of the place BUT this last time that I went in i was assisted by Vicky. I witnesses her use the same dirty tools and dirty gloves on me on another customer. Concerned and horrified I had to let that customer know what she did. Never going back to someone who is soo careless. I cant imagine when was the last time she properly sterilized her tools.
