First time trying this place and will be my last. I ended up walking out because of the awful customer service and how long it took. I was seated to wait for 20 minutes and wasn’t told to pick out my polish or anything and wasn’t aware of the prices. The lady didn’t welcome us or anything, just said to “have a seat” rudely. Then finally another lady told us to head back and have a seat. Once the lady finished with one customer’s pedicure she began to start her manicure while my mom and I were already waiting for almost 30 minutes. No one prepped our water or anything. They said it would be another 15-20 minutes. As we were walking out the first lady didn’t make eye contact with us and continued doing the lady’s manicures. If you’re going to have a business then at least make the environment welcoming and do what you can to assist customer that walk in rather than making them wait 30 minutes and little words said. I don’t recommend anyone to come here if you’re looking to get your nails done.

Went in for a pedicure and there was only one person working on a Monday at 11 am. The lady told me to have a seat and let me sit there for 30 minutes before she came and told me I would have to come back. She had one person in the salon. After two years of loyalty, I won’t go back. Pedicure

No one communicates very well at all, and my nails are so rough. They have horrible jagged edges. Plus, I ask for all my toenails to be cut while she was doing my pedicure and she only shorten a couple of them. I will never go back there. Acrylic nails, Pedicure

They have good services. They don’t focus a lot on calus removal which is what I need. If you want a relaxing time these people will do a good job. The message chairs are a bit worn out and if you want a drink ask for it before they start. The one hour deal is nice and $60 which isn’t to bad.
