Critical: Quality, ValueI got my nails done last night at 6pm and by 7 this morning 5 of my nails were chipping off. I just got gel but they should last longer than 13 hours! $50 just to have cute nails for a few hours. My event is Sunday and there’s no way this are going to last until then. I got my nails done last night at 6pm and by 7 this morning 5 of my nails were chipping off. I just got gel but they should last longer than 13 hours! $50 just to have cute nails for a few hours. My event is Sunday and there’s no way this are going to last until then. I’ll have to get them done AGAIN somewhere else. Don’t recommend this place.

Horribly RUDE manager/owner. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. We came in and they said they could take us back right away for 2 mani/pedis. They had us sit and wait for 30 minutes, then I asked if they could at least start taking off my daughters nail polish (powder). So she did. Then they asked us to move to the pedicure chairs where we sat for another 45 minutes. They never addressed us or said there was a delay. We decided to get up and leave and the lady/manager demanded that we pay $15 for them soaking off her nail polish. FIFTEEN dollars for some acetone to soak off her polish. They were so rude. I will never go there again. I highly suggest you DO NOT GO THERE.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMy first time there and the customer service was awesome!! Very friendly and took their time doing my nails!! I didn’t feel like they were rushing me out the door!! My daughter also had her nails done and we both agree this is our new nail salon!! We highly recommend it!!!

Skyline is usually my go to! However lately when getting my eyebrows waxed they always leave some hairs that I have to pluck myself. Not really a big deal, But todays wax was absolutely ridiculous! I would have went back inside if it weren’t for my having to go pick up my child. What did I even pay for?! One eyebrow apparently! I even gave her a $5 tip! I usually don’t complain but for real?! And she just proceeded as if she was done, and did what I paid for.. uhm… what? Also that’s my left eyebrow! The the side she stood on! Just wow. Never again. Completely lost my business!!

They did a great job on our pedicures. I had an appt for 3 of us & only 2 workers were available at a time, so I had to wait. If they could have done my pedicure at the same time as my mom & sis, I had hoped to also get a manicure at the same time.

Had a great experience here! They got me in right on time, and gave me and my friend excellent service! Philip definitely knew what he was doing, and gave me a great dip mani. The salon was clean, modern and classy! I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone!

I had a pedicure done here, they were ok, the people are friendly, nice atmosphere, great message chairs, but I felt the girl could of done my toes a little better. I got the supreme, and the hot towels and all are good, but I want my toes to be manicured real well. That should be the focus.
