So I usually go here to get my nails done. But today I went in for a fill and gel done. And I asked for her to trim them a tad more. Next thing I know she took my entire tips off my acrylics. And then when she went to go fill the solution burned my nails. So my nails are way shorter than I asked for and she drilled what was left of the acrylic on my nails to nothing. I am so frustrated and update sitting threw pain to just have my nails be not at all what I asked for.

Rude, sloppy work and potentially racist! Recently came here to get my daughter a mani/pedi for an upcoming Ball. We had an appointment. When we arrived, they assigned her a girl for her pedi who had an attitude like she did not want to take my daughter. She did a sloppy French pedi (crooked lines and all) and did little clean up around the nails. My daughter and I both had to ask her to correct. They assigned someone diff for the mani. No problem. Brought a picture in which we were told they could do. Again sloppy. Could barely see any of the silver glitter on the nail design. Manager wanted to go back and forth with me when I asked for correction. While he was correcting, I paid for the daughter’s nails. Afterwards, when getting ready to leave he came to my car about lack of payment. I had to go back in and show receipt and verify with the girl who took payment. Racist or just plain HORRIBLE customer service. Not sure, either way will NOT be back and will NOT recommend!!BEWARE

I’ve gone here many times, and even used this salon for my wedding nails. However, the quality has consistently been rushed, so badly that my gel nails cracked and peeled after just two days. Because they are so busy, they show a lack of care for their customers, even regulars.

Love this nail studio! I have been going there for the past couple of years and their team is the best! They have so many talented nail technicians, I have had several of them do services from time to time and I’m always happy. Definitely the best place in town!

SO DISAPPOINTED…..Me and several members of my family have been going here for 2 years (including my daughters wedding party). While expensive, they did a good job for the most part. Lately they have been extremely busy and seem rushed and unprofessional. Had a gel fill for $45 and called the next day because there was a problem. They said to come in and they would look. Long story short, they blatantly didn’t care at all that I was dissatisfied. When I told them that I wasn’t happy with the result, they said sorry. They were rude and argumentative. I guess they are so busy that they don’t care about losing several clients. Lots of other places near by.

I love them! My favorite nail salon. All of the nail specialists are sweet and friendly. They always fit me in and do such a good job. They take a lot of care in making sure it’s a quality mani or pedi, whatever you’re getting. I also appreciate the speed and precision that I’ve consistently experienced over the last 5+ years. The location is perfect for me, but I would drive well out of my way to remain a regular here.

I’ve been a client of this salon for two years. I had my nails done every two weeks so they all knew me. I was 8 minutes late for my appointment which is my fault however my regular technician was with someone else about 20 minutes into the 45 minute process. I told the owner I was going to go because I couldn’t wait that long for her to finish. He started yelling at me that is was my fault because I was late. I would have accepted that answer (minus the yelling) if she had just gotten started. I told him the same and he continued to yell at me. I told him that it was fine, that after two years of coming there, I won’t be back. I am not sure where this man gets his business skills but yelling at a client is never acceptable.

Way tooooo pricey! I can understand $35 for gel on your nails, but $25 for them to paint my toes with regular polish!??? That’s insane, I will never go there. So happy I called and asked for the price before I went in.
