Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in to get eyelash extension. It took less than 5mins for the tech to put them on. In a few days they looked horrible, and started to get matted together. They must use the cheapest lashes ever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get your lashes done there. They deserve no stars! I will never go back to that place for any service. They are just getting rich off of African Americans, and really don’t give a damn about them that’s real talk!!!! I went in to get eyelash extension. It took less than 5mins for the tech to put them on. In a few days they looked horrible, and started to get matted together. They must use the cheapest lashes ever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get your lashes done there. They deserve no stars! I will never go back to that place for any service. The guy at the front just shrugged and said “idk how long but there’s only 2 people in front of you” so i sat Down because i didn’t think it would take more than 20 mins for someone to atleast out me in the chair and turn the water on. I say There for atleast 40 mins and still no one said anything to me or anything. I just Left and went across the street to Super Nails, who might i add Gave GREAT customer service and saw me damn near instantly. So this is the second time I’ve come here in the middle of the day around noon. I asked how long of a wait for pedicure. The guy at the front just shrugged and said “idk how long but there’s only 2 people in front of you” so i sat Down because i didn’t think it would take more than 20 mins for someone to atleast out me in the chair and turn the water on. I made an appointment for 11 for a service was told to go wait in a dirty chair and was seen at 11:21 then told to get up so someone else could get serviced before me. When I mentioned I made an appointment the little Asian lady said we don’t make appointments. Then who the hell did I make an appointment with, how did you know what I was there for at 10:50 when I walked in the door. So unprofessional and rude.
