I have been here a couple of times now, and each time, I have received great service. The pedicure was relaxing and thorough; the technician even took care of an ingrown toe nail for me. The other two times I got gel manicures, and both times the technician was also thorough, and I love(d) the work! This pic is of my recent visit. I had a super friendly and thorough technician, yet again, who took the time to even-out the length of my natural nails, and get the gel polish all the way to the edges. I appreciate the speedy, friendly service each time! FYI, you can pay with the card, but you cannot leave a tip on the card! There is an ATM on-site, so you can withdraw cash to leave a tip.

I went here a week and three days ago to get an aacrylic set with almond shape and black matte…which are already peeling. I came in with press on nails I needed taken off, everyone was very friendly. However my nails look TERRIBLE. They are all uneven and thick. I didn’t realize till I got home how bad they were because I was with friends from out of town. They didnt clean them up hardly at all and all the nails are different thicknesses and there’s so much GLUE and acrylic gunk all over the underside and the nails are lumpy ! They rushed everything and I paid 118$ for a horrible set and my toe and they didn’t even last a week.

I came in here for a gel fill 2 days ago for new years. I ended up picking out 2 colors that I did not like which was my fault. I decided to go in the next day (yesterday) to get a color change because I have a big weekend & felt like it would be worth it. Well I had felt pretty rushed the picking out the colors the first time & decided I was going to take my time (5-10min) to pick out what I actually like even if it does make someone annoyed. I’m paying for this! so I thought I’ll just get a neutral color & call it good. 2 different techs worked on my nails. The second tech put a dark base on my chrome nails which is not what it looked like on the sample nail that I picked so I questioned it & she acted SO annoyed that I said anything. How am I supposed to kno that there is a light AND dark version of chrome!? She did not ask or tell me anything about there being 2 options. Okay whatever that’s fine. She wiped it off & did the light chrome. I kno they are busy but come on. They charged me $25 to change the color which is fine but I’ve now paid $95 for a gel fill that is literally peeling off of 2 fingers today! That is bull shxt. I’m pretty sure gel is supposed to last way longer than 1 day. & Both of the chrome nails were sloppily done. As you can see the white base on the tips of them. I definitely don’t feel comfortable going back a 3rd time of course. I would recommend going here only if you kno exactly what you want & don’t mind making multiple trips to get it, I guess. I mean the shape was nice but come on. These don’t look good. I’m Upset my nails look like this for New Years & I have a 10month old & don’t get to do these kind of things very often.

My experience here was absolutely amazing. My nail tech was perfect; I got exactly what I asked for and I never felt rushed but she was quick and efficient. First visit here but I showed the guy the picture & he executed the design perfectly. 3 weeks later and they are still doing good, although defiantly time for a refill. I’ve never received so many compliments on my nails. Worth it to me.
