The gentleman that does my nails here is fantastic. He is kind, efficient, and well priced. Once I did not care for the color and shape, I went back the next day expecting to pay to have them repainted but he fixed them without charge. That will definitely keep your customers happy and coming back!

Loved it!! Had a great experience for Mothers day with my daughter! The staff is super friendly unlike some other experiences I’ve had. We both got a Mani and Pedi and were there about 3 hours. They went above and beyond what we have had in the past so I think over all the price was good for what we got. I personally think they all are a bit pricey anywhere in the area. Extra long leg rub and exfoliating also a paraffin treatment for the feet which we never had. Will go back here again!!!❤❤❤

Scheduled an appointment for 1pm, went in and they didn’t even have it on the schedule. Told us 30 minute wait but even then we were waiting well past that time. Ended up walking out. Do not recommend.

I heard this place was great by coworkers, so I decided to try them out. I had a very important day coming, my daughters wedding in Columbus Ohio. When I got there the customer before me was complaining to the guy that was doing her nails. My appointment was for 12 and he didn’t get to me until 12:45. When he finally got to me I told him rounded tips, what I got was claw looking nails, I was not happy! He was rude, distant and didn’t say very much, not to mention he was rough. $40 down the drain. When I got to work I complained to my coworkers and said I will never go to him again. My husband knew how unhappy I was with the results, so he paid $50 in Columbus to have my nails redone! Don’t waste your money or your time on this place!

I tell them I want an acrylic set & pick out the nail polish from the nail polish sampler thing they handed me. At the end they say it’s 45 when an acrylic full set is 30! So I asked why that much & they said bc gel nail polish! I wasn’t told that or given the option! It’s SHADY business to let someone think it’s regular nail polish & just use gel when u didn’t ask for gel!!! When I asked them to explain they just were quiet! Not to mention the guy who did it didnt have the acrylic the entire way down to cuticle! I used to get my nails done for 10+ years & an acrylic set was same price & done w regular nail polish & looked the SAME!!!!! Go somewhere else who appreciate their customers & use upgraded products without letting you know!!!!!

The guy was too rough on my fingers. When he used the machine to smooth my nails he was doing it too fast and it burned my nails. The lady that did the design was very gentle and did an amazing job. All in all the application part made me wanna cry in pain, but the nails turned out great. Acrylic nails

Excellent service. They were very busy and really under staffed. I felt really bad for the two workers. The gentleman forgot to do my nails like the picture I showed him but there was no way I had the heart to say anything about it. They still look amazing. Thank you for doing what you do to make people feel better about themselves regardless of the short staff and you do it 7 days a week. GOD LOVE YOU.

Not to mention, I waited close to an hour after my scheduled appointment time to be seated with a technician. An additional half an hour to have my nails painted. Not to mention, I waited close to an hour after my scheduled appointment time to be seated with a technician. An additional half an hour to have my nails painted. Then had to return Saturday morning to have everything fixed.
