This place is amazing! It is incredibly difficult for me to find a good nail place in waco that would deliver my grandmother the same excellent services they delivered to me – and this place def came through! They were so kind, patient, and willing to listen and make changes if necessary. They also thanked us for our feedback multiple times which is such a rare experience for me! Overall, I got exactly what I asked for and my grandma said this was one of the best pedicures she’s had in a while!

I forgot her name which is sad lol but she sits right by the check out counter. She has done my nails twice and have been very satisfied. She takes her time and listens to your needs. The other techs are also good in their own way and it don’t be too crowded also.

My first time here. I usually only get a pedicure but decided to get a manicure as well this time. It was a regular manicure but the lady tech did an excellent job. The polish job is flawless. In all my past experiences my nails mess up as soon as I leave. I will definitely use this salon from now on.

This was my first appointment at Skyline Nails. I was very happy to have my appointment kept and not ignored as in other salons. The nail tech was very talented and she quickly did my powder pink fill. It is a roomy, pleasant, friendly, salon with comparable pricing. I would recommend Skyline Nails.

I went to this place on 9/28 and got a pedicure and an overlay on my nails. I had two workers working on me at the same time. The employee that was doing my pedicure was done using the cuticle cutter when the other lady working on my nails asked to use them. I immediately told both of them to stop my services and to get another cuticle cutter for my nails. She refused. I spoke with the owner and she was rude and said that they can use the same cuticle cutter because it was my cuticles. I contacted TDLR 9/29 and I was advised that the cuticle cutters has to be disinfected between services. After speaking with TDLR I called and spoke with the owner again and she hung up in my face. She I very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend SKYLINE NAILS.

I had an awful experience compared to a previous visit. My mail tech didn’t even match the tips properly to my nail and they continue to pop off, he proceeded to pour glue over the top (should have LEFT right then). I asked for short fingernails. I ended up with longer boxy nails that were at least a centimeter plus thick. I was mortified. I didn’t feel comfortable to even ask him to thin them or round them off because he seemed annoyed from them second I walked in the door which interrupted his tv show. I came home, cut them down and tried to shape them…..I won’t return!
