My first massage here was on Sunday, October 2. I opted for a 90-minute deep tissue massage, and Alisa did a wonderful job. It was thorough, gradual and pinpointed to suit my needs. The ashiatsu and cupping techniques really helped me relax, and who doesn’t like hot stones?! The appointment hours are quite flexible, and the environment was very peaceful. I will definitely be back for several more.

Alisa is the best massage therapist in North Texas. She does Ashiatsu massage and is a master at it, but that is not her only modality. Alisa has a very detailed knowledge of anatomy and uses several modalities to resolve issues including deep tissue massage, pressure point, and Tai massage. Beside being a great massage therapist Alisa is very personable, she has a great studio, and she is very beautiful. I highly recommend Alisa at Skylight Massage, especially if you are into sports and have little aches and pains, or have a lot of stress in your life. You will come out feeling renewed. She is 100% amazing.
