The opposite at the door is very friendly, he greets you as soon as you walk into the store. There is an awkward smell going on in the store, not sure what it is. Other than that the workers are okay, pretty scary it’s not easy to find when you need help.

You will find a wide array of hair products. The prices are typical beauty supply store prices. But not as bad as some others in the city. If you can’t find what you are looking for here, then you probably should be looking online anyway.

Skyway is a disvision of A&J Enterprises. Skyway has a very limited array of products available; I went looking for the Design Essentals shampoo and conditoner and they only carried they blow out lotion and mousse. When I asked an employee, she replied that they havent carried it in months. Also very old, outdated products lining their shelves, dust and discoloration is apparent. They only do store credit here as well, they don’t do refunds…I found this out while returning outdated conditioner AND I watched the manager seal the top with tape and direct one of the employees to place it the ‘discount bin’ to resale to customers! They charge 50 cents for the use of your card if the total is under $5 bucks. The employees are friendlier and helpful here, but the manager is unprofessional and has absolutely no sense of business etiquette— she was doing something on her phone or whatever and when I approached her with a question, she either ignored me or yelled at an employee to have them help me. Absolutely horrid.
