Such a terrible experience from beginning to end. Had made an appointment beforehand and still left us to soak our feet in lukewarm water for over an hour. I had gel extensions done and my nails look like a joke. Super thick, very uneven, nail polish is patchy. My nail tech kept switching between me and another woman just at random. Really couldn’t say anything positive about this place unfortunately.

I went in to get my eyebrows done and the wait was terrible, I know it was Friday so of course it’s busy HOWEVER, I waited 20 mins to get my brows waxed just for them to look the same as they did before…. no lie! Should have written a review long ago. Unprofessional and rude. I asked my male tech If he even like doing nails and he said “no”. And continued to be rough and rude. Price is always different and he is never on time for my appointment. I actually waited one time 20 min before they told me he wasn’t showing up to work. Really ? My time is just as important. For the most part the outcome of nails is decent but other places can do good work and be polite and clean. People Have to decide what they are willing to sacrifice for mediocre nails. I decided to run like hell before I get some kind of infection from the dirty environment

I never do reviews but I feel like I needed to warn others that the staff here is beyond rude. I made an appointment a week in advance and told them I wanted to do the filling powder and when I got there and told them I was here for my appointment the lady started to do my nails and was about to do acrylic which I told her in the beginning again that I can’t do that cause I’m extremely allergic to it which she then proceeded to give me an attitude and told me to go sit somewhere else and rolled her eyes and huffed. I proceeded to wait for 20 minutes and finally a guy came and started arguing with me saying he couldn’t do the dipping powder on my nails. Which I had gotten a bunch of times at other places. Overall I strongly suggest never going here they are so rude and there work

I don’t know why I haven’t reviewed this place before honestly. I’ve been coming here for well over a year and their customer service is terrible. When your nail tech is in a bad mood, they are rude and nasty with you and very unprofessional. The slick snarky comments are unnecessary especially when I’m paying over $90 to get my nails done. There are a few who do a good job but they over charge for simple short nail sets and make up their prices as they go.
