I am giving 5 stars as this was my second visit. My first visit, I got Cindy and it wasn’t too bad but I couldn’t really feel the pressure needed. My partner got Daniel the first time and his experience was amazing.

They have different crews. The young girl cashier is nice, but the older lady is kinda rude, no customer service. The therapist Daniel is super good. Couldn’t get him cuz he’s off today. I had Lee instead. Lee gets pretty good reviews but he was not in the mood today. Falling asleep during massage and poor communication skills.

I took my mom to try this new place that I heard from a friend since its closed by. I was excited & hoping that’ll be our regular one to go to but turned out to be a big disappointment. When I picked up my mom I asked her how’s her experience there. She answered me it didn’t feel like massage at all but rather rubbing skin the whole time until it hurt & the owner lady told her to pay $20 for tips. So my mom paid $80 ( $60 for service + $20 tip)

When I was running behind, I called again and they were able to push back my appointment without trouble. I used the 60 minute Foot Massage Groupon. It was more than just a foot massage, which was rad. The 60 minute session included a scalp/face massage, arm/hand massage, and a back massage. It’s my second time coming here and I think this is gonna be my go to spot from now on. They are very professional and have great customer service skills, especially compared to other places I’ve been to. From what I see, the negative reviews are from the place that used to be there before Sky Spa took over. I actually went to the place before and it does not compare at all. Sky Spa, thank you for the great experience!
