I will not return to this salon. I sat after signing up for my fill in for 15 minutes all the while listening to a man on his speaker phone cursing and degrading women all to be told by the lady after 3 girls walked in AFTER I sat there listening to this for 15 mins. They were before me and had been there earlier and just left and come back. Sorry I have personally been told there if you leave we can not hold your spot. I am disappointed because I have been there numerous times and had my nails done there. However, the girl that has done such an amazing job is gone from there now so….

I had a horrible experience at this location. I don’t know if it was because I had a gift certificate and they already had their money creating a lack of work ethics, or if they are routinely perform shoddy work while being rude and dismissive to my concerns. I had to look for a copy of the price list for services to avoid being WAY overcharged. I asked for a set of short, polished, round, acrylic nails and a pedicure with polish. If I hadn’t been paying attention, I was going to be charged $30 for gel treatment on both hands and feet and $5 extra for asking for rounded shape. My nails were not the same size or shape. I had to try to shape them as best as I could while being rushed because obviously if you are not happy with the service, they aren’t going to fix it, and they need to move you on through quickly. I would give 0 stars if I could. The woman doing my nails would take breaks and get in her phone during the process. Filed my nails WAY too hard, making me bleed several times. Never asked if I was ok, just continued on. I have a deep cut in my left thumb from the nail file. Plus she made a mess with the glue and polish on my finger tips. Would not recommend.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst visit they charged me 60 dollars for a pedicure. I was so excited about being able to actually go out and get my feet done again I didn’t question it I just went ahead and paid it, even though I felt like I was being cheated. Last into seat but first one done, seems odd after paying 60 bucks. Well I go back about a month later and while I’m waiting for her to start getting my toes done I ask her how much Well she says 50 for deluxe pedicure I then start telling them about how much I was charged the last time and how quick it was, well needless to say she starts accusing me of lying saying I must have tipped him 10 on the 50 uhm no honey that was without a tip then she says I never paid 60 so I pulled up my bank statement and showed her. Well then she says something to the girl doing my toes, of course in her native tongue so I can’t understand her, the girl then stops, goes to the back and comes back with new tools. They are laughing and tbh I didn’t think anything about it. I get my toes done, tip her 20, even though she was very rude to me and I go home. Well not even three days later my toe nails start turning brown and falling off!!! She gave me a toe fungus! Never ever again will I drive all the way there from KY to get anything done by them!
