Critical: Quality, ValueWay overpriced. They either need to lower their prices or up their quality. I have never ever paid $45 for a nail fill only. He didn’t do anything extra, didn’t have to apply a nail or remove a nail, and nothing special like nail art, etc. my nails were already shaped like this so he just filed them down a bit and applied polish. I was shocked when I went to pay, and this nail fill took him a whole 20 minutes. I got a pedi as well that I was hoping would go better since the list of services for their $48 pedi was pretty long but nope. He left me with wet towels on my legs forever so when they got cold my legs were freezing, and I never not a leg massage. I will stick to my regular salon from now on who provides great quality services and great prices! Way overpriced. They either need to lower their prices or up their quality. I have never ever paid $45 for a nail fill only. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe place looks nice and cleanliness is great however I was disappointed with my first experience. I was a bridesmaid and wanted an acrylic full set for the wedding. Julie worked on my nails I asked for matte finish but she gave me gloss instead, I reminded her I wanted matte so she then adds the matte coat over the gloss coat. The very next day the matte coat was chipping off on every nail so I went back in showed Julie what was happening she then filed down the rest of the matte that was still on my nail, still leaving the gloss coat and added more matte coating over the gloss again. The wedding was in two days after I went back to have my nails “fixed” the day of the wedding you could see my nails were chipping again. 4 days after my nails were “fixed” I called the salon, spoke to a guy and explained how my nails were chipping and it has not been a week and he told me to go in the next day at 5:15pm so he could fix my nails. I do as he says and show up the next day at 5:15pm. After 30 minutes of waiting Julie approaches me and asks me what did I need and I told her I spoke with a guy about my nails and he told me he would fix my nails that day, she then says okay they will help me and walks away. Another 20 minutes go by (waited almost an hour) and finally the other lady that’s there comes up to me and has me explain what’s going on with my nails, she tells Julie about why I’m there and Julie says “oh no you will have to pay again, it’s been more than 4 days” and walks away leaving me talking to myself.. the other lady seemed to be more sympathetic so she offered to fix my nails since she understood that Julie was in the wrong because she messed up my nails by adding gloss when I asked for matte, she knew that Julie “fixed” my nails the first time and now I’m back with the same problem and it hasn’t been a full week. I’m sorry but $65 was not worth me having to go back twice for a mistake that was not my fault. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWalked in the get my nails done and there was a little bit of a wait but nothing crazy. The lady who did my nails did an incredible job. She was quick, professional and my nails are amazing
