Came to remove my acrylics and add gel polish. Acrylics removal – not soaked off they are peeled off of your nail which for me was very uncomfortable and slightly painful. It was a quicker way of removing them so that was a first for me. Seeing a acrylic nail tip wedged between your natural and acrylic to rip it off.

My nails were done beautifully! It was $70 for a full set with gel polish! The ladies there were kind and made sure we all got our nails done fast and with quality. The prices are reasonable and we were in an out of there by about an hour!

This is my first time coming here, and I was pleased. I called them at about 530p on a Friday, and I requested a gel fill and pedicure. She was able to get me in right away, which was awesome! I got there at 5:40p and I left at 7 pm, which is great timing!! They were doing both my hands and feet at the same time, which I was so happy about. I did not want to be in the shop for 2+ hours, which is why I am slow to get my nails done, but they did great! I didn’t feel rushed, and I loved the variety of colors and designs! The customer service was good too. The only downside was the fact that the tools were burning my nails, which I had not felt in years, so it was hard to relax. Also, the Pearl pedi spa experience was okay, my water was not warm enough, and the hot towel was warm, not hot. Also, I don’t remember if I got a massage or not, and I am used to them either setting up the chair for a back massage or handing me the remote. I had to remember it was a massage chair and hunt down the remote. I’m not upset about the last part, though, because I blame myself for not speaking up. Overall, my pedi came out great, and so did my nails. I took a chance with them, and I’m glad I did. I will be back!

It was so hard finding a nail ship when I moved here. Kim is the only person who I’ve found who can do the nails I’m accustomed to. Also, her mom, I think her name is Nina, gives the best pedicures I’ve ever had in my life. Highly recommend ❤️ Pedicure, Acrylic nails, Manicure

My daughter came to get her nails done, techs were super nice however to fix 3 nails and a fill was over $65.00. A normal fill elsewhere is $25+. Wanted to do a 9 year olds nails just paint them and it was $20. Services were to expensive for what they were. Acrylic nails

Walked out in tears. Got a $45 pedicure, which I knew about and a shellac manicure. They did not tell me the total before they rang it up. When they handed me the receipt it was for $100. Their credit card system put a $20 hold on my $100. So they took out a $120, which they don’t tell you. I did not get a $55 worthy manicure. Also they were quick to get me in-and-out they had one woman working on my feet while two other women did my hands, while I was in the manicure chair. They did not use a brand new pumistone, it was used on previous clients. When I questioned them about how much they charged me they were quick to tell me that my design on my finger nails cost me $20. Look at the photo and judge for yourself if you think some squiggly lines were worth $20. They never even told me the price, I picked it off of a gellish sample card. I might have sucked up the cost if the quality of the work was better. But this looks like I did it myself at home. I do not recommend going to this place at all whatsoever. I will never step foot in here again and I’m super disappointed that I wasted money on this business. I would have given 0 stars but that is not an option.
