I had thick healthy natural nails before I came here. There nail tech insisted on grinding my natural nail even after I stopped him many times. I do not trust them to care for my natural nails. My nails were made super thin and brittle after this French tip. If you look up close the French tip doesn’t look right either.

Horrible service, I called to ask for a manicure and they told me to wait 30 minutes. I come in only to wait another hour. I am attended by bills and he not only has an attitude but he is just yanking my hand. I had nails on already and he just began working on top of it without asking me. I still give him a chance to work on my nails but he hurts my finger. I asked if he had any cream for it and I am ignored. This was a horrible experience and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The people that work here are nice but this place is unhygienic! They don’t clean the tools at all. They even tried to use a used pumice stone on my feet. I was so skieved out the entire time. I left without polish on my toes and didn’t bother to let them touch my hands.
