Ok I only gave this nail shop a star because I had too. By far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER… They told me they couldn’t finish my nails because my 8 month baby was too moving and make noise. Keep in mind she wasn’t crying or moving where he couldn’t do mine nails. The fact the she move once and messed his polish up she move to much. By far the worst nail shop I have ever been to. A white lady was in there telling she that she had to go because her babysitter had to go. She also told them that she couldn’t bring him because he’s 3 and would brake everything. The Lady told her it was okay he could’ve came but you couldn’t do mind because my 8 month was making noise. Never again

Let me say I never had any problems with this nail shop until this time. I got the dip powder on my nail, two days later, it started coming off, I took pictures of it and when I went back, I told them how it started coming off and showed them the picture., said they would take care of it. When she re-did my nails, she wanted to charge me all over again. I explained to her, if it was done right the first time, I would not have to come back in less than a week. So, she said she would charge me less but I feel like I should not had to pay anything and if they cared about their long time customers, she would not charge me anything. Needless to say, they are not concerned about their customers and only about a dollar. Do not have to worry, will never go back.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent to get my eyelashes done, one eye was done more than the other. So I asked her to fix it, she was rude. She put some of the extensions on my eye LID.
