I have never been or even heard of this place before finding it on a Google search. I am so Happy I went. I love my nails, they are strong and exactly what I requested. For these beautiful gel nails it only cost me $45 before tip I did notice while I was getting my nails done they also offer a new way to get your nails done that is supposed to be super healthy alternative….I’ll try those next time.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTracey gave me a gel manicure and pedicure. She was a perfectionist and did an excellent job. This was my first time at the salon. She was so kind and sweet; she gave me a homemade eggroll and bottle of water. I will return whenever I am in PCB. Reasonable prices too.Services: Gel manicures, Pedicure

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe skinny woman was rude and unprofessional. I kept killing her attitude with kindness. She had her 2 year old daughter running around the salon coughing and wide open. I was there for an hour and a half for a simple pedicure and didn’t even get my nails done. I ended up leaving after 3 people went ahead of me. After I got my toes done I was expecting to wait for another hour and a half to finish. No thank you. I will be driving back to pier park so happy nails where they value their customers. If I could give 0 stars I would for her hurting my toes and filing them way to close to my flesh. I stood up and said can I pay and I’m not mad but won’t be back. I can’t believe they even charged me for this after she wasn’t professional and hurt my feet. They won’t see a dime of my money again. I visited recently and was worked on by young man called Tai (not sure of spelling) he was friendly, professional and made a super job of my dip manicure. The salon is clean, mask wearing and quiet. Their prices seem comparable to other salons nearby (I’ve tried most of them ) This will be my goto from now on.
