Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityWhile I usually have beautiful nails when I leave, I have been very disappointed the last few times. Today took the cake! I walked in and was seated to remove my own nails, as usual. Once I was finally sent to the table for my services (there’s always a wait, appt or not), the technician (I won’t call any names) proceeds to text for several minutes leaving me to sit and wait. She gets up and says I have to go home. Wait 10-15 minutes, I’ll be back and then leaves! I wait about 20 mins and proceeded to walk to the front towards the door to ask how much longer it would be when another technician said sit right here. A gentleman came to do my nails. I then waited for someone else to do my design. After all of that, I walked out with my hands looking like the following pictures. The scaling was from the acetone and dip powder from previous as well as not being asked to wash my hands. I was done at this point as they were sending me out the door looking a hot mess. While I usually have beautiful nails when I leave, I have been very disappointed the last few times. Today took the cake! I walked in and was seated to remove my own nails, as usual.
