Went there on a referral and the 1st time my nails didn’t turn out so great. Jane and Titus corrected the situation with outstanding customer service and quality. I was super impressed by how they handled my complaint and now this is my new nail spot. Beautiful on the inside and my nails are super cute. Thank you for making me feel like a person and not like a money grab like the other nails shops in the area.

I drove from La Porte, Texas to Missouri City , just to let you all know how exhausted I was after a long day at work. Due to my hectic schedule, this was my only opportunity to do my nails before my after-work event tomorrow. I decided to make a pit stop at this nail salon. I have to admit that I was tired and a little confused about their services because the lady where I usually go already knows what is good for me. I did not disagree when the pregnant lady, who I believe is the boss, told me that they would do my nails after my pedicures, even though it was not what I was expecting; I agreed because I assumed they did not have anyone available for my manicure. Then two ladies arrived after me, and four employees immediately began to care for them, while two each had a manicure and a pedicure at the same time. They even served them some wine, I was in shock for a moment. Lol Well, I asked the pregnant lady again if someone could help with my nail to speed things up a little, and she was so rude in her response, telling me how she told me 45 minutes ago that I would have my nail done after my pedicure. Since I arrived, her attitude had been rude. So, I canceled my manicure and brow wax and left without saying anything rude or making a scene. But I made sure to tip the lady who did my pedicure $50 because she was so nice and did a great job. She deserves better, but I’m not going back there.

This place overall is a great establishment. That being said, I have had a bad experience with some of the male nail techs that have done my pedicures… last time I was there, the guy did a horrible job taking out my ingrown toe nails and nail polish application was sloppy. Got it all over my cuticles and didn’t clean it up properly. This last time I was there Tina did fantastic on my toes! Got all the ingrowns and was quick and efficient. It’s on the pricier end but overall not bad…
