Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI wish I could give this nail salon 0 stars !!! I went with my sister to get her nails done, mind you she’s 9 month’s pregnant. She was getting her toes done and jimmy one of the managers got mad at her because her toes took long ( how is that her fault ? ) so the entire time she was getting her nails done by him he told her never to come back, she annoying, & that’s she not wanted here . I was completely devastated hearing this. My sister asked why he said that and he simply said “ your too much “ … excuse me ? He was verbally abusing her the entire set and when people started listening and he noticed he changed the conversation asking random things to make it look like he was being nice .. after everything she cried and went home .. I wish I could give this nail salon 0 stars !!! I went with my sister to get her nails done, mind you she’s 9 month’s pregnant. She was getting her toes done and jimmy one of the managers got mad at her because her toes took long ( how is that her fault ? ) so the entire time she was getting her nails done by him he told her never to come back, she annoying, & that’s she not wanted here . Critical: Cleanliness, QualityToday’s pedicure was a little disappointing. To start; I’m not sure the ac was on, which made sitting behind the plastic covers hard. Second, my appt(set 2wks back) was rushed for no reason. The salon made an error and I feel like I ended getting punished for it. I was told to sit but was left sitting about 20 minutes. And no, I wasn’t even soaking or anything. Third, was the actual pedicure. I must have told her 3 times I have sensitive skin and I don’t like a lot of pressure. I think she filed the skin on my toe more then the actual nail. When she cleaned them with alcohol, the burn was real! She also used my toe as a wipe for all the nasty stuff under my nails. Not only was it gross to see, but it hurt b/c the tool was sharp. And I’m pretty sure I heard her drop the tool on the tile floor, and then just kept using it. She was so rushed my toes are 10 different shapes. I’m pretty sure there is only one coat of paint on one big toe and paint is all over my cuticle. Today’s pedicure was a little disappointing. To start; I’m not sure the ac was on, which made sitting behind the plastic covers hard. Second, my appt(set 2wks back) was rushed for no reason. The salon made an error and I feel like I ended getting punished for it. I was told to sit but was left sitting about 20 minutes. And no, I wasn’t even soaking or anything. Very polite and professional; my manicure and pedicure are still flawless after 5 days. Very fast and efficient but not rushed.
