I walked in with my daughters to get us all mani/pedis. They seemed extremely apprehensive and asked if we had appointments. I stated no, the one staff stated we needed to come back at a different time. Another stated we needed to come back. I didn’t hear her initially, she said “oh we have a big party coming in.” I said okay thank you and left.

Vety sloopy. The lady that did my nails was rushing so much. Their service prices are different from what they show in website. I will not ho back. Not reccomended. 🙂 Manicure

My daughter and were so disappointed with our manicures. Our nails are irregularly shaped and the polish is gloppy and uneven. They also spent a lot less time on my daughter, didn’t massage her hands or back at all. They seemed to spend more time on the regulars.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had an appointment scheduled for 9am – very specifically at that time as I needed to leave for the airport for a wedding that day. Showed up at 9am. Door was locked. I knocked and called. No answer. Waited 10 minutes, no one came. Went back at 10am and told them what happened and there was no apology, they refused to fit me in even though it was clear one of the workers was not doing anything (she was just dusting the counters). Barely spoke to me, and instead spoke to each other in another language, and when I asked (nicely btw) if they could squeeze me in at all she just stared at me and rudely said no. If i could I’d leave it a zero i got my nails fixed because they fell of after 2 days got them re done and they were rushed and done terribly would not recommend the place

Rude and unwilling to give me the same treatment they were giving the white woman sitting next to us. The woman’s work was also sloppy and after asking multiple times she finally cleaned it up. Never again. Pedicure

Sky Nails & Spa is the one of the nicest nail salons in Evanston. My family goes there to get relaxing chair massage and mani/ pedi. They are very clean and keep up the salon nicely and treats all customers in a nice way. I highly recommend their services.
