Well came to get my nails done the day before Mother’s Day so I could enjoy celebrating motherhood and MY NAILS WERE HORRIBLE! I got home all the paint was coming off within a hour! I called the next day which was Mother’s Day and they told me come back came in redid the paint job and what do you know! Air bubbles, peeling and chipping again my nails were absolutely UGLY! I came in today ONCE AGAIN and the owner basically told me I had to pay cuz they redid them already my nails were shaved so thin they started to crack and break and you tell me I gotta pay $25 more on top of the $110 I paid when I initially came the day before Mother’s Day! I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER! If you actually care about how your nails look PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Not to mention I’ve been a witness to a incident of them messing customers nails up and ITS LEGIT THEY FAULT AND THE IWNER BECAME Very NASTY WHEN THEY WERE AT fault! Avoid this place! And if I could give NO STARS IT WOULD BE JUST THAT!

First off, I’ve been seeing a lot of bad reviews on here and was hesitant to come but my experience here was AMAZING. I was seated immediately on a Monday evening after work. I wanted a pedicure and manicure french tip. The gentleman that started my set was very professional and respectful. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable and did a great job on both. They even asked me in between service if I liked what my nails looked like to make sure I liked the service I was getting. I would 1000% recommend coming here. I will definitely be back.

So the guy was friendly and personable, but my manicure and pedi was awful. He cut my cuticles to the point of them bleeding. My nails are caked up, not neat, and were filed unevenly. My toes as well. I came here for a quick last minute stop for my maternity shoot and baby shower this weekend, but will be removing my polish and going elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN. The only reason I was passive is because I’m pregnant and was to the point of almost having angry tears! My 10 year old sister could’ve done better than this!!!

Horrible! The manicure was terrible there was no filing or shaping and the gel polish peeled in 2 days. For mani and pedi I paid $90 for basic polish and was horrible. The hot towels they rubbed my arms down with very aggressively (and unsolicited) smelled horribly of mildew and mold! My entire arms smelled like mildew and I had to go wash myself off with soap and paper towels and my skin was burning. They obviously don’t change their damp towels in the towel warmer very often they just sit and get moldy. Horrible salon and very dirty. Will never go back.

Didn’t apply enough acrylic another nail tech had to step in but the damage was already done and I still had to pay $30. Didn’t apply enough acrylic another nail tech had to step in but the damage was already done and I still had to pay $30. Pedicures were fine, nothing outstanding or anything but good. However for our nails.. yikes. I had showed the nail tech a super simple French tip but with black instead of white polish, and she totally botched it. I had to get another lady to fix them all. Not to mention all of my nails are pretty wonky yet I still paid $80 for it all. Plus when I was trying to get change for a $20 bill to tip everyone, she instead took $15 from me for herself and another guy leaving my cousins nail tech only $5. My cousins nails were almost $100… for what exactly, I don’t know. They charged extra for “extra length,” – there was no extra length added. In fact, her nails compared to mine are very very small, and again wonky looking.
