Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI visited this place today because is in my neighborhood. I used to send my teenage daughters here and I visited a few times prior. It was okay, not great but ok.If I could give them less then a star, I definitely would.Anyways, I went back today for services and they put me I’m a chair that was extremely noisy when trying to get themassage. I immediately asked for a new chair as I wanted to enjoy my massage. The older woman walks off as if I said nothing. I’m thinking she went to do something and would come back to put me in a new chair. Instead she’s just ignoring my request.I then say to the owner? “I’m sorry but I’m very unhappy. I know hear me saying I don’t want this noisy chair. Have her put me in another chair.They disk in their native language to each other. The older lady turns to the chair next to where I was, telling me to move to that one. I was happy until I looked in and saw TOENAILS!!! Yes, someone else’s toenails had been clipped off and left behind in the bowl. She is filing it with water for me.I asked, are you serious? Do you really think I’m going to put my feet in this bowl with someone else’s toenails visibly in it? She stated, I’m going to put this plastic in it. I repeated “it has toenails in the bottom of the bowl. I decided tight then and there I was leaving.I started putting on my things, this old woman tells me to pay her $5 for the water I soaked my feet in. I refused. I did however offer her $2 for the inconvenience. She insisted on $5.I tried to do the right thing and tell her, I received no services and owed nothing but was willing to give her the $2..I again informed her I was leaving the facility, this time without the offer of the $2. She says don’t come back give me $5.I DID NOT utter another word. I walked out the place of business and headed to another. It’s more expensive but at least it is CLEAN and the chair is quiet.Don’t waste your time at this place.They are unprofessional, disrespectful and NASTY as hell.I visited this place today because is in my neighborhood.
