I moved here recently and was in need of a new nail salon. After trying a couple of other places and not being satisfied I tried Sky Nails and have not went anywhere else since. Tracy does an amazing job! She takes her time to ensure your nails are exactly what you want and is able to do any design I show her. I highly recommend Sky Nails!

I needed a new nail salon near my home and decided to give Sky Nails a try. They did not disappoint! I called at 4 to see if they had any appointments available for a mani/pedi that evening. They found me a slot right away. The service was quick and my nail tech, Tracy, did an amazing job on my nails. She did them exactly like I wanted and took her time with every single nail. I felt valued as a customer and had the experience I needed after a stressful week. I will definitely be coming back and can’t wait for my next visit!

I usually love going here and they almost always make my nails perfect. I would recommend it but the last time I got my nails done here wasn’t as good. I asked for my normal length and shape but they ended up all being different lengths. My middle three nails were shorter than the others. The length I wanted was around the length of how my pinky nail turned out. I went with a friend and we got almost the exact nails but I was charged $10 more and I’m not sure why.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. I spent 70$ on nails that broke the next day, I was on vacation so I wasn’t able to fix them for a week and a half. When I broke 3 nails in less than 2 weeks and I called 3 times over that time they offered to replace all the nails for free. When I showed up, the manager told she would not replace all nails for free and I had to pay another 57$. I will never return and I encourage others not to as well. I have never seen a bigger scam in my life. I broke both my thumb and pointer finger and had the middle finger repaired while on vacation as it was the first to break.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail place. I got my nails dipped which I have never done before. I asked for a pedicure and manicure which I booked in advanced. I was rushed and felt like I was in an assembly line. They instantly started dipping which I thought was weird not to do the manicure before dipping. She moved me on quickly to the pedicure which they handed a menu to me, I picked the 70 dollar one which they said was actually 90 which was misleading. My fingernails looked terrible, my hands were dry, and my cuticles were not cut. I asked at the front how my nails looked and they treated me like I was crazy. They were annoyed and gave my a quick manicure which they put no oil or lotion on but it looked ok. They acted like they were doing me a favor and suggested I should’ve been charged more. Less than 3 days later most of my nails are cracked. I spent so much money and was treated rude and overpaid for inadequate services. Never again!!

Sam N. completed my pedicure. I informed him that I wanted a regular pedicure with regular polish due to personal preference for my toes. He numerously continued to pressure and eventually did the deluxe pedicure without my full consent. Sam, please listen to your customers because it’s not always about which more expensive package you’re going to have them do. It should simply be about what your customers want, and if anything, suggestions are acceptable but not indirect demands. 3 stars because Thuy saved the day by doing a wonderful job with my nails. Despite the unethical experience I had during half of my time there, I continue to tip both nail techs equally but I don’t encourage customers to be forced into doing something they are not comfortable with. Sky nails, please train your nail technicians to respect customers’ wants as we are already paying for your listed pricing (whichever that specific service may be).

This is a clean and beautiful salon, it’s a big place without feeling too crowded or loud. I went in for a walk-in pedicure and they were able to fit me in quickly without an appointment. They did a wonderful job and my feet look great, it was both relaxing and quick. I thought staff was very polite and friendly and prices were reasonable/what I would expect. I would go back.

This is the first time ive been here. The salon itself is nice. A lot of mani & pedi stations. I was surprised by how available they were on a Friday, although there was a bit of wait. I did not have an appointment, so this was a pleasant surprise to be able to be seen as a walk-in. The male twch who gave me my pedi was very attentive ans asked what i want. Eveb clarified it about 2x. The mani guy tech had some ideas to the photos I showed him. When he painted, I didn’t like the look. So he removed it. This is all the good things.

I’ve had my nails done and pedicures done here 3 times now and every time has been perfect. I’ve been looking for a good nail place since I moved to Wisconsin and Sky Nails is my favorite. I seriously drive and hour just to go there and they are totally worth it. They have an excellent and talented people there and it’s clean, open and pretty shop 🙂 So happy I found them!

Tracy always does the most thorough, meticulous work on my gel nails! There are many other amazing nail artists there as well. Out of the 10 or more times I’ve visited, there was only one time where I was helped by a woman who wasn’t quite as good as what I’m used to, but I don’t remember her name. And I get everyone has to start somewhere!
