I show her a picture and she does exactly what I show her. She always gets me in on the times I need to. Never had any issues with sky nails. I’ve been going to Lena for about 3 years now. She is very flexible and does what you ask her to do. I show her a picture and she does exactly what I show her. She always gets me in on the times I need to. Never had any issues with sky nails. I will never chose another nail salon nor will I let anyone else but Lena or ken touch my nails!! 5+ stars!

She also did not begin to rush as more people lined up for pedicures, she continued to take her time and make it the best experience for me. Critical: ProfessionalismWell, I’ve been going to the same place since I moved up here. First it was D&D nails. Now it’s sky nails, don’t get me wrong they are good at what they do, just very unprofessional. I work at a bar, so I keep different hours, and since I didn’t answer their phone call in the am because I’m busy sleeping since I worked the night before. They decided to inform me 18 mins before my appointment that, that they’ve filled my appointment time with someone else. I have a lot of regular female customers that I send to sky nails because they Complement me on my nails well that stops today I’m going to tell every person that I have sent there what they’ve done and I’m going to find another nail salon to go to and send my regulars there instead. Well, I’ve been going to the same place since I moved up here. First it was D&D nails. Now it’s sky nails, don’t get me wrong they are good at what they do, just very unprofessional.
