I’ve been coming here for about 2 years at least once a month if not twice or more. I’ve always had a great experience but today…was a real game changer! I went in with plans of a pedi-mani (because I deserve it) and ended up so furious because of the attitude from some workers that seem new, that my husband, and I both decided to pay for only the pedicure (because you don’t walk out in the middle of getting your toes done) while I was still being worked on. (We will find somewhere else for the nails) My husband has always waited next to me while I get my work done. NEVER HAS BEEN A PROBLEM…someone new (who speaks CLEAR English) turned on the tub for my feet and walked away. The guy doing the pedicures happened to come over and turn it off RIGHT BEFORE IT OVER FLOWED. When he finally got to me, he asked my husband to not sit in the small chair (like the workers do) but to move to the chair next to me. Not a problem. He moved. He was in the chair for maybe 2 minutes when a female worker comes over and says “sir, I need you to sit over there” and points towards the window. He gets up, not a problem. But for what? She sat NO ONE in the chair the ENTIRE TIME I was in there. We have been regulars. We spend approximately $300 month. There has never been a problem before. Because of him, we give them $$$. It may be a LOOOONNG time before we come back. I am really disappointed. We did tip the pedicure guy because he was AWESOME!

They do great work and at fair prices. They never try to sell you services that you don’t need and will explain why you don’t need it if you ask for something that you don’t need. The only negative is that there’s a small staff so you need to expect to be there for a while.

This is possibly the worst nail care experience I have ever had. I gave 2 stars only because the pedicure was well done even though it was not what was ordered. I walked in asking for a pedicure with regular polish and gel polish on my nails. Walked out with gel polish on my toenails and powered polish on my nails. To be fair I agreed to trying the powered polish but if knew what the end product was I would never have done it. I felt like I was being pressured to buy up from the moment I sat down. I had to ask that my cuticles be trimmed and that didn’t happen until after the polish. Could go on for a while but will close in saying never again.

I went for a pedicure and the water wouldnt drain out. I was placed in a chair with half filled water from a previous customer. She put more water in and used a bowl to pour some water from my chair into the one beside me. I left obviously.
