This review is a late one, but I wanted to share my experience seeing these amazing reviews. I called to make an appointment for a pedicure and was told that the first available appointment is a week away, which was a little surprising. My appointment was for 5:30pm, but at 5:15pm, when I was on my way, the salon called me to ask where am I. I arrived at 5:30pm on the dot, and the man at the front desk was acting like I was late and started asking the nail tech if he still has the time to take me. My appointment was for some kind of SPA pedicure (I don’t remember which one exactly), but the nail tech said there is not enough time for that and that he’s going to do a regular pedicure instead – kind of weird given that the closing time is listed as 7pm. To me, this was beyond unprofessional given that I specifically mentioned a SPA pedicure at booking and waited for a week for it. The worst part is that the pedicure wasn’t remotely good. The tech was a young guy and he was clearly very inexperienced. He was very aggressive on the cuticles and cut me in a few places. He didn’t give my nails a nice and clean shape. He also didn’t remove any calluses, but left dry patches of skin on my heel. Overall, it was a mediocre service and a very unpleasant experience, which is why I haven’t returned to the salon even though it’s practically next door to my house. I’m a little taken aback by how busy this place seems to be and all the positive reviews given that my own experience involved a nonexistent customer service.

I am very picky with my nails but I never have to point anything out with her. She has helped so much with ingrown nails on my toes, I no longer get any. She is so sweet and does an amazing job on nexgen manicure and gel pedicure. Absolutely love how sweet everyone is and how they recognize me and the rest of my family when I go in! I have been going here for years and I always go to Cindy. I am very picky with my nails but I never have to point anything out with her. She has helped so much with ingrown nails on my toes, I no longer get any. She is so sweet and does an amazing job on nexgen manicure and gel pedicure. Absolutely love how sweet everyone is and how they recognize me and the rest of my family when I go in! Really makes me feel like I am valued as a guest. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful service and pleasant technicians. It’s has been renovated and the space is bright, clean and so spacious. Tony and Kelly are very warm and polite people. They’re always busy; I suggest to show up at least 15min early from appt time, be specific of what you expect (to avoid any confusion or delay).

Sky Nails (Cherry) did an outstanding on my Nextgen Nails. The atmosphere is very cheerful, professional, and the salon is very clean and comfortable. Prices are reasonable and the select of colors is excellent. And I was taken exactly on my appointment time, a big plus in my opinion.

This nail salon is by appointment only, as they are always very busy. Prices are reasonable and the workers are skilled, especially with the powder dipping system known here as NexGen. I switched from gel manicure to NexGen because it lasts 2 to 3 weeks with no chipping, and doesn’t require UV light to set the color. I’m done in under an hour, no drying time required!

The best my nails have ever looked! Tony filed my nails perfectly, no lumps or uneven edges. They were painted all the way to the cuticle. He was very meticulous. They’re very reasonably priced. No complaints 🙂

$35 for a Gel Pedi. Great service. Tina did my feet and she was very patient and nice. I have no complaints and I feel like I (FINALLY) found a regular salon to get my nails done

Popped in here cause it had good reviews, went in to get my gel polish taken off and get nex gen. Told the tech that i would prefer if she did not use the drill on my natural nails as they already are thin and bendy. She looked at me like i had a third head and explained that that wasn’t possible. I asked if she could just soak them off and she again told me that that’s not how it works. I reluctantly let her continue and told her she could drill just the top layer of the old polish- and she kept going. By the time she was finished taking the gel polish off my nails were pretty much a wreck and I just wanted to go home. Beware!! Getting gel and sns and acrylics dont damage your nails, it’s the process of removal that can potentially damage! Won’t be coming back here which is a shame cause the salon itself was nice and had a calm atmosphere.

I wish I could give this place a zero!!!!! I walked up at 5:55 to get a pedicure before a trip, the lady at the front was doing nails and barely looked up at me. I asked could I get a pedicure and she told me they were closed. The times listed on the door says 9am-7pm. She told me those are seasonal times and I could not be accommodated. Very frustrating and felt racially profiled being that every time I came here (since it’s close to home) it’s always been a reason they could not service me.
