I hate to get 2 services at one time. I was not in a hurry and I was the only one there. lshe was so in a rush to get payment she said I’ll help went in my purse to get my card like wow. couldn’t even wait for nails to dry for me to pay smh they want our money but show no respect.

I have been a loyal customer since they opened, but this specific appointment was disappointing. One of my nails were filed to the point that I bled and the nail tech (i believe the owner) still continued to dip my finger in the SNS powder. I asked if I could go wash my hands or for her to give me a napkin or something, but she kept doing my nails as if she couldn’t hear me. It was very disheartening because I enjoyed coming here but the lack of sanitation was disgusting. I will no longer be back to probably any nail salon now.

I scheduled an appointment at 4:30 the intention of waiting because they were busy. I get there at 4:38 and there were people waiting for other sevices that were not completely done. So they sit me in a chair and did not get started on me until 6:38 pm. So they start on my pedicure and my hands at the same time. I showed the lady( not kim) what I wanted and she agreed. My photo had pink powder and starts doing my nails with white powder. I tell her that is not what I wanted and she assures me that it will look the same. She completes my nails and there is a air bubble in my thumb nail, which I mention and she brushes it off and laughs. Nail school 101 air bubbles can cause lifting and can cause a green fungus is exposed to water Then she tried to make me get gel polish because she did not want to wait until the regular polish to dry even though she ruined my nails and my pedicure was rushed. I have been confined to my house and could not even sit up unassisted and thought I’d treat myself. $90 later and I ended up crying in the car. Thanks for ruining my day. Update I called and the owner hung up in my face. Do not do business with this place. Over priced for subpar work.

Pedicure was nice.. nail art and shaping is ..showed a picture and still got $65 kid art on my nails…if I ever go back it’ll just be for basics I like how thin/natural the sns feels and my feet feel amazing…no creativity tho this design was not worth an extra 15..stickers aren’t laid neatly..the pink (I wish I would have left it plain ♀️) is what I got the other pic is what I wanted

Positive: ProfessionalismI just moved to Macon and have tried a few salons, so far this one has been the best. However, my fingers are so cut up from cuticles being cut too much, which defeats the purpose of a manicure. When she wiped my fingers off, it stung but over the past 2 days it looks like I got in a fight with a cat. The pedicure was amazing, the mani and painting is great and i’ll probably be back. I just moved to Macon and have tried a few salons, so far this one has been the best. However, my fingers are so cut up from cuticles being cut too much, which defeats the purpose of a manicure. My nails turned out incredible! The wait for a walk in was definitely longer than I expected but the service made up for any time that we spent waiting. Pricing was fair and definitely worth the quality of the nails.

I got a full set with some decals and one nail with rhinestones. The work was good but way overpriced. I have a regular nail tech that does an amazing job but I had an event and couldn’t book with him last minute. This same design would have been 30 dollars cheaper and probably done better. I won’t likely be back. Good for something last minute and if you don’t mind overpaying.

I went here for the first time to get a pedicure. They was very nice & greeted me & immediately sat me down to be serviced. I waited about 20-30 minutes still no service but it was fine, but then an older Caucasian lady came in told them she wanted a pedicure & immediately again she was sat down (water ran in foot bowl) & within 5 minutes she was being serviced. All while i have been waiting patiently at least 30 minutes without any water even being ran to soak to my feet. I just walked out without explaining why. Will not return again. I am giving 2 stars because they did greet me immediately, the place was set up very nicely, & it was clean.
