Critical: Quality, ValueTook my daughter there before we left for vacation. Sat and waited OVER an hour the girl wasn’t very nice or patient with my 4 year old she rushed so that she could leave! I wanted my nails ombred from blue to white he told me he couldn’t do that which I’ve had done before so I know that wasn’t true!. Not even 24 hours after my daughter had her nails done it all came off. I paid $182 for our pedicure and nails and wasn’t even CLOSE to satisfied! It cost me $35 dollars just alone for my four year old. Do not recommend at all! Way over priced for the quality of their work!!!!!!!!! Took my daughter there before we left for vacation. Sat and waited OVER an hour the girl wasn’t very nice or patient with my 4 year old she rushed so that she could leave! I wanted my nails ombred from blue to white he told me he couldn’t do that which I’ve had done before so I know that wasn’t true!. This place was very clean and the people were so sweet and friendly! I believe her name was Brandi who did my nails. She was very nice and did a great job! It was a good time talking with her. With their grand opening discount, it was such a good deal too! Even got a little hand lotion as a gift! I will be back! 🙂 Gel manicures

Purchased a $50 Gift Certificate on 9/28/2022 for my wife’s BDay as I’ve done many times over the last 14 years. Wife went on 11/12/2022 and was told they could not accept it as the business had changed hands. Sign outside and website etc, everything still says Aqua Nails. Will not do business here again. I walked in and was unsure of where to go to sign in or let someone know I would like to get a service done… luckily someone turned around and asked what I wanted. Once I stated I wanted a pedicure I was told to sit down and pick out a color ( one basket with not a ton of options) which was fine. Someone walks past me and tells me to have a seat at #5 when I get ready. I go sit down and stick my feet in WARM not hot like most places water and not even 4 mins later the girl was coming over and directing me to take my feet out… my feet didn’t even soak 5 mins… but I’m paying for a full pedicure… then she begins cutting and filing my nails and then puts some brown sugar scrub on my legs that she rubbed in with her hands and like most places they really rub that stuff in and massage your calf while doing so…. Not this girl.. it was like it was killing her…. She would barely rub this stuff that she put on my legs previously… fast forward putting a towel on my legs which was not hot when she put it on… next she wiped the stuff off my legs that she put on… okay cool. Then puts some liquid on my legs that looked and felt like water but I don’t know for sure. None the less not a great experience especially not for the cost… I could pay the same and get a better job I’m sure. I’m disappointed and can honestly say I probably won’t be back.

Nail tech walked away from me during service, after she skimmed my skin with file. Second teck also hut me with the file index my pinky nail. Had an appointment for 4 and was seated right away but my mom did not get started until 45 minutes later. First disappointing visit hopebit does not happen again.
