A co-worker recommended Sky Nails. I didn’t realize you needed to make an appointment. I arrived at 3pm on Friday (12/23). Was 3:30 when I was called. They were very busy. I sat with my feet in water for 30 min. Water became cold. I took my feet out of water. Dried my feet off proceeded to put my socks and shoes back on. Nail tech came over told me she would get me fresh water and warmed up fresh water. After that it was a better experience! I enjoyed everything even though I had to wait . Nail tech did a fabulous job! I will be going back and I will make an appointment next time!

I’ve recently become a regular with Kenny, and I’ve loved each of my experiences here! I always call for an appointment about a week in advance, and I’ve never waited more than 20 minutes after arrival. I keep going back to Kenny because of his attention to detail in the shape of my nails, which I’m pretty picky about. The salon is overall pretty clean, and they always play good music, so I always feel very comfortable. 🙂

My daughter had been waiting for an hour and some one who had an appointment for 4 pm plus 2 none appointments that came after her too . They were all able to cut in front of her and the appointment cut in front of their appointment an hour and half early. So she got there at 1:30 PM and this happened at 2:30 PM. She left after that happened and went to AB Nails. Bad service and hospitality do not recommend but I do recommend AB Nails.

I did some research looking for a new nail salon in this area that can do the type of nails I like. I liked the pictures they have here and assumed I could go there for similar work. I walked in on Tuesday to schedule an appointment for Thursday. long story short, I showed up at my scheduled time and was told that they were too busy and asked if I can come back at 5:00. Totally unprofessional and inconvenient. the young man instructed the receptionist to reschedule me for 6 pm when he would do my nails himself. when I returned at 6, he was busy with other customers and didn’t say 2 words to me after wasting my time. a young lady ended up doing my nails. I showed her a picture and she told me they had something similar but that was also a lie bc the finish looked nothing like what I showed her even though the salon has photos that look like what I showed her. I paid $80 plus a tip for some nails that I have to get removed and redone the proper way. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone and will definitely continue spreading the word on my experience here. They cater to “certain people”. But their loss.
