I went one day while I was out shopping and it was the best pedicure and experience I have ever had. The older gentleman that helped me was fantastic is every way. He made sure I was always comfortable and happy. I have been doing some painting at home so I declined a manicure but he kindly tried to clean all the paint off my hands. I will definitely be back!

Always pleased with the service and results. This one of the cleanest and most updated nail salons in the area. It has a very posh feel. Very friendly nail techs and they go above and beyond with hot hand towels after services and hand massages.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI followed the new owner Katie to this place and she has done an amazing job on renovation and making sure customer service is up to par! The salon is bright and clean and they are sanitary. My full sets and pedicures are always on point – I personally go to Katie but I know all the techs there do good work from what I see ! I am new to the area and I needed to find a new nail salon. This place is terrible. She didn’t even remove the clear coat from my nails before starting. I had to ask her to remove the acrylic that was lifting. I arrived at 5:55 p.m. and I was out of the door before 6:15 p.m.. I have never had a rush job like this. Even the eyebrow wax was rushed…took literally like 30 seconds for both brows. My nails are bumpy and un even. I didnt even bother with getting them painted. I’m gonna fix them at home. This place is like where you come to practice before getting real clients. I will not be returning.

Every single person working there when I was there this morning was glued to their phone. It was so bad it was like they were doing a comedy bit on inattentive staff! Manicure was fine. Tech was a little harsh with the file and the cuticle clippers. My fingers are sore in spots hours later. She also didn’t ask what shape I wanted my nails. I never go with the square style, but at least I can fix that easily myself.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been going to this nail salon for approximately 10yrs. It has recently come under new management and has a brand new look. While it looks much nicer inside, this was my first negative experience at the salon. I get gel pedicures every 2 months or so, and am very easy to please. I sit quietly, do not complain, and always tip generously. I always ask for “line” designs on all 10 toes and just ask that the technician use multiple colors, a “busy” design (however they want to do it), and the little “diamonds”. On this particular day I was assigned the male technician to complete the pedicure (he was very friendly and professional) but when it came time for designs he called over his female coworker. She asked what I wanted and like always, I said line design with multiple colors and a busy design with “diamonds”. When she returned with only black and white paint on a piece of foil I was confused but said nothing and let her do her thing. A few seconds later, she asked if what she had done was “ok” with me. I looked at my toes and noticed maybe 2-3 small, random lines in only white and black on my toes. I asked if she could make it “busier”, in other words add more lines. She appeared annoyed and impatient but went and retrieved 2 more colors on a piece of foil and added 1-2 more small lines on the 2 big toes. Again, seconds later she asked if I liked it now. At this point there was still PLENTY of “empty” space on the toes with tiny little lines around the perimeter of the toes. I again kindly asked if she could add more. This time she appeared even more annoyed, rudely asked what other color I would like added, and she went and grabbed green, the color I requested. Once more she ran quickly through the nails throwing a small green line on each and at this point I was ready to leave and never come back. She proceeded to sloppily add 4 diamonds to each big toe, none of which were symmetrical to the other toe and she walked away. I was THE ONLY customer left in the store at the time of the design, not one other customer was present and no reason to be “rushed”. Her lack of customer service and the fact that I was made to feel like an inconvenience for being a loyal and easy-going customer is the reason I will never return to this establishment. Looks of a place only go so far, if a customer is made to feel like a burden and is leaving unhappy when there was an easy fix then there is an issue within the values of the business. I urge you to rethink your decision to give Sky Nails your business. Would not recommend. It was the fastest mani and pedi I have ever had in my life even when I upgraded pedi! Nails are not filed even and paid $108. The girl never said but 2 words to me and was on her phone the entire time! Dip powder, Pedicure

I did not want to go back since I have been having nails done for years and never experience problems of color fading. They are using cheap dip and are not doing it right. I went back to used gift card and got dip again. It has been one day and dip is already breaking off.
