Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is the WORST nail shop I have ever experienced. The nail techs are very unprofessional and the prices always vary. I was so displeased with my encounter today.. I arrived needing a fill in with gel polish and a pedicure, my mother was getting a gel polish fill in and my sister was getting a gel polish fill in and a polish change on her feet. My mother was done getting her nails done as my very lackluster pedicure was done so she paid for all 3 of us prior to services being completed. The total was $150 (not so much the issue).. but once my feet were done I asked who was doing my nails. They said they closed at 7 and no one was able to do it. I have never heard of an establishment not servicing the people already in the building and paid. After I complained that my mom had already paid for everything they went back and forth telling about how that price did not include my fill in. This was absolutely bizarre and disturbing. We live over 30 minutes away and have frequented this shop but NEVER AGAIN. This is the WORST nail shop I have ever experienced. The nail techs are very unprofessional and the prices always vary. I was so displeased with my encounter today.. I arrived needing a fill in with gel polish and a pedicure, my mother was getting a gel polish fill in and my sister was getting a gel polish fill in and a polish change on her feet. My mother was done getting her nails done as my very lackluster pedicure was done so she paid for all 3 of us prior to services being completed. After getting my nails done on Friday, I noticed the VERY next day that my nail color had completely changed. For reference I got a clear pink color, and by the next day it was clear brown. I made an appointment Monday morning to get the color changed, after explaining to them what happened. When I arrived, they seemed very understanding and proceeded to fix my nails with a different color. After finishing, they asked me to pay $20!!! They told me if I had chose the same color, I wouldn’t have to pay but since I chose a different color then my original, I have to pay. NO ONE told me this PRIOR to doing my nails. Even though, to choose the same color after I saw how bad it was, would make no sense. They were extremely rude about the situation, giving me a huge attitude about not wanting to pay! Very disappointed to see how they treat loyal customers, given this is the first time we have ever brought an issue to them. I will NEVER be returning to this salon after my experience today. My mother and I have spent hundreds of dollars at this salon, as it is normally where we go to get our nails done. After getting my nails done on Friday, I noticed the VERY next day that my nail color had completely changed. For reference I got a clear pink color, and by the next day it was clear brown. I got a regular pedicure and the lady was not able to communicate with due to the language barrier so all my issues I had to relay to someone else for them to explain to her. She cut my nails down so low and filed and an angle. When she polished my toes she did not polish the corners. There was still remnants of the polish I had on my toes when I came in.I would not go back if this was the only place in the area. I would literally drives 1 hour to go anywhere else. The business is poorly lit. When I explained my concerns to another staff did not apologize on her behalf or provided anything to fix the issues.I am sincerely displeased and frustrated that I had to spend my money there.
