My daughter and I were going here for over a year and a half for manicures and pedicures. I loved it but the last several times the quality of the gel polish has really gone down. Sometimes it looked streaky or bubbled. The last two times my polish was peeling off within 2 to 3 days. I let it go the first time but went back in today after 5 nails were already chipping and peeling after 3 days. I waited for almost an hour and the technician who was supposed to fix them seemed irritated because I said I did not want the same polish but a similar color. She walked away from me without saying a word and started doing another clients pedicure. I walked out and will never go back again.

So i used to go to Sky Nails years ago and I went about a month or two ago and they weren’t too bad. But i just went Saturday and I had to go back for fixing because the gel on my nails are like bubbly and super thick. They usually do a really nice job. This time was a little rough. I will not be returning and it sucks to say that but my nails look awful. For $60, it was a total rip off.

I went to Skye Nails twice. I had a wonderful experience. They open all of their tools in front of you. The facility is very clean and it is quiet and relaxing. I did not feel rushed. I felt very well taken care of. Their prices are very affordable. I highly recommend Skye Nails.

I had the worst experience here. Two months ahead, I made an appointment for me, two bridesmaids, and my mother-in-law for the day before my wedding. It was the day of my wedding rehearsal. I told the lady on the phone that my wedding rehearsal was at 5pm and I would have to leave at 4:45. She assured me that it would only take an hour and a half and she made the appointment for 3pm. I also confirmed the appointment the week of the wedding. We arrived at 3pm the day of the rehearsal, picked out our colors, and sat in the pedicure chairs for 45 minutes before one lady started my matron of honor’s pedicure. I continually asked why they had not started on the rest of us and the lady just kept saying “Sorry, sorry,” and smiling!! I got furious and asked who the manager was. It was 4pm before they even started pedicures and manicures for the rest of us. They got us out of there at 4:45, but the woman working on my nails was rude and did them incorrectly. She put on a shiny shellac color instead of the matte color I asked her, just because she said it looked nicer. I said no, I want the color I picked, and she had to do it again. She also put my acrylic tips on incorreclty. I had to have them repaired at another nail salon. Sky Nails gave me three $3 off coupons for my trouble….ridiculous. I will never use them because I will never go back there. They took walk-ins when they knew they had a wedding party coming in with appointments. I DO NOT recommend this place.

Love this salon, that’s how I did feel… now I don’t care for it. The polish is bad quality and the women skips things that should be done when you get a fill and color change! I went to a new salon today and got a fantastic fill and color change. I would say Don’t Go To This Salon!!!
