My sister and I came here today to get our nails done before her bridal shower. Her nails turned out pretty nice, she saw a man that works there. My nails are streaky, she didn’t push back my cuticles whatsoever, and I repeatedly had to ask her to go over spots that she had missed. The nail file that she used had clearly been used many times and I’m not sure the cuticle trimmers were fresh either. The polish towards my cuticles is also very jagged. Will not be returning and don’t recommend. Two stars because my sisters manicure is decent and price was reasonable.

Horrible experience. Me, my mom, and sister went to get mani/pedis for my mom’s birthday. They rushed through, made a few of our finders/toes bleed because they nicked them, and had us out in under an hour. We also asked for French manicures on our hands which is a $5 up charge. 2/3 of us had chipped paint within 3 hours after having them painted. Then the rest of the nails chipped off the morning after. When calling back for a refund, I was told “I’m sorry no one told you nail polish only lasts a day” and the best they could do for me was $5 on each service for the French up charge. I will not be recommending sky nails to anyone, nor will I be going back.

I was literally changing the trash and it snapped in half.and before anyone asked my nails were super thin. I said something to the person I was with and told them they didn’t do it correctly. I’ve always like this place until recently, and normally I would suffer in silence if I didn’t like my nails. This time, I just couldn’t. I asked for a solar fill. My nails were crooked, and were very thick. When I asked for it to be fixed, eventually my nails got too short. I asked for someone else to fix them, since the person doing it was not doing it well. She said the girl wasn’t done yet, but she was already starting to apply the clear coat. Another lady then drilled off all the acrylic and said to come back Monday, she’ll only charge me $20. I said I’m not coming back Monday I have to work and I got attitude, and was told she didn’t understand why I can’t return, and to even ask for $20 you took off all my acrylic?. I said I came in with acrylics I only wanted a fill and all the fill acrylic had now been removed and would like it applied correctly. I am missing acrylic in spots, and the tips are gone they were filed down so much due to being uneven. To charge $75 still for this is crazy. I’ll never go back. Ontop of this my predicure is not good either, not what I asked for, which is the second time this month that’s happened. I won’t be going back.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI got a fill with gel and the clear coat separated immediately but they didn’t fix it. A day later and my nails are chipping. The polish doesn’t even feel dry? And it’s all over my cuticles. Worst set of nails I’ve ever had. They also had brushes by the sinks and they were soaking in water.. literally two brushes.. not sanitary by any means. I got a full set with baby blue tips here and my nails are just not that great. I mean for $50 I kinda was expecting more. My nails are very thick and I walked away with my nails over all just looking kind of off. The workers were very nice and there shop is very nice I just wasn’t satisfied with the nails I received Acrylic nails

Absolutely terrible. Never again. I got the old lady who yells at you to “relax your hand” when you literally are. And if you love the slightest she grabs your arm and pulls it towards her. She is very rude to the customers. My nail was broken and instead of being a professional and redo it she tried to “glue” it back with acrylic and guess what? It’s didn’t work! And after it didn’t work she didn’t care she left it like that and wouldn’t fix it. She also tears your finger apart I went home with my hands bleeding with cuts on them. This lady does a terrible job and acts like it’s your fault. And if more people come in they rush the nails and they end up terrible! Some of them are great workers but the old lady is terrible at this job!!

Unfortunately my mom’s manicure lifted and peeled the next day. My mom called and explained what happened and they told her to come in and get it fixed. Fast forward to last week when we went back in to get service. My mother and I both got gel manicures. When it came time to pay, they charged her for the manicure. When she explained to them about the previous manicure, she was told to point out the technician she had so it could be taken out of their pay. She refused to let anyone have money taken from their pay and they still removed the manicure from the bill. It’s completely ridiculous that they will take wages from their employees and that is what is warranting the 1 star. Side note, the gel manicure I got peeled completely from my right hand after 4 days. Either bad products, not enough coats, or a problem with the curing process.
