Kim did a good job…terrible personality, she wasn’t mean. She was talking to her CO workers and her native tongue & she barely said 2 words to me unless it was related to my nails. She didn’t even ask me if I liked my nails when she finished. I would never use her on a regular basis. I needed her in a pinch and she served her purpose. Clearly she was not interested in winning over a new client.

The nail technicians here DO NOT know how to value their clients. They’re very argumentative and want to do YOUR nails THEIR way. One of the nail techs also decided to raise her voice at a child that came in after me with her mom. That’s not how you speak to a client, or any person in general. When it came time to do my nails, I asked them to take off my old tips. She left it on and continued, even after repeating myself multiple times. Terrible service, will not be returning. I do not recommend this salon to anyone.

I love this place. I usually go here for pedicures, which they are the best at. I needed a fill this time and the last 2 salons that did my nails butchered them. Jane at sky nails went above and beyond my expectations. She was patient and took her time and fixed all of the mistakes the previous salons had messed up. I will always go here.

Disappointed. I was recommended this place but for $35 my pedicure only took 18 minutes. I told the lady to help with a small callus and she just laughed and never touched it. Her massage lasted the whole of 3 minutes for both feet. It appeared she wanted to help someone else that was paying more money. I brought my own polish. Pedicure

My daughter and I came here, very last minute. We had called so many places in CH, no luck. We called and Tim immediately said yes. He remembered our call and attended rather quickly. I wouldn’t have done my nails then regreted it because I didn’t want to be a pain in the…, Tim constantly asked if I wanted mine done so I got mine done too. Very happy I did.. There is a little language barrier sometimes seems like I and another couple are not as smart as they are. That doesn’t make my entire trip though. We will continue coming here, very pleased with service and designs. We were welcomed with drinks, nice and thank you.
