Then when I didn’t tip, two employees followed me out of salon to harass me for a tip. WHICH I SAID NO.I told them I would not tip.becuase I am not happy with THE work. I came in with long beautiful almond shape and told tech to cut a little.and keep the same shape. I did not leave with what I wanted. Gel is thick and lumpy. Nails are oddly shaped and so shorter. Beware of this salon.. Do not go in. Nail tech threw nail file at me when I wasn’t happy with nail shape. I was totally put off by her. Then when I didn’t tip, two employees followed me out of salon to harass me for a tip. WHICH I SAID NO.I told them I would not tip.becuase I am not happy with THE work. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueZero stars! Traumatizing experienced that have changed my mind to never ever go there Again!!!! Horrible! I have been here a few times even took my mom. So I decided to go there again. I actually moved to the Bronx and came all way down to go there. Last time I went they did a good job. Can’t remember who did it but I believe the owner was there. I recently went on 4/5/20 mind you a day before my birthday, also I’m 7 months pregnant and I actually had a flight to catch that day. Since I had all that plan I got there early around 11:30 to make sure I did everything early. Not only because of my flight but I had to pick up my son at 1:45 from school. I started with a spa. Of course they always try to up sale you which is pretty annoying. Before she started my big toe nail was chip. The spa was okay but when she was done. I realized she didn’t do anything with the chip piece of the my toe nail. It was just literally just hanging. So I had asked if it’s chip she says yes and she goes on and says not to worry that after it dry she was going to fix and glue it. I didn’t really pay mind to that which I should have as that was the first sign and kind of usual. The second sign was that they couldn’t figure out the pricing in what I requested for my nails which was the white tip acrylic nails. Which is pretty simple. They had to make a few phones calls to even get an answer and also had to ask her where certain things where at. again I didn’t catch on to any of that, I have a lot of patience and was still getting the lady the benefit of a doubt. When the lady started my nails she glue the tips it’s already like 12:30 so she puts acrylic on the nails and by the fourth nail I realized that something was off. It didn’t seem right. So I got off the phone was chatting with a friend and started to pay attention to what she was doing I had asked nicely if she knew how to do it, she goes no, suddenly her co worker pops in too the conversation and is like you come tomorrow and we will charge you half or you can soak and leave and go to another nails salon. My mouth drop. I couldn’t believe she told me that. Never in my life I have experience a service like this. I was so upset not only that my time was wasted but she said to go elsewhere. I had asked if just someone else can do it and all three said no they don’t know how to. Mind blowing! Why would do something to a client you don’t know how to. I could have just asked to do a manicure. I had paid too so I knew it was going to be a big issues at this point I had run of time and I had told the lady to finished my nails. I didn’t have time to take them off or go else where. It was a messed but I literally had to guide her she even missed acrylic on the corner of my thumb! It was thick and sloppy.me thinking guiding her would help the situation when she finally finish it was the worst nails ever. I had bubbles in nails. I asked to speak to the owner and they stated she was On vacation I said called her and they ended up calling someone else. Who was telling to wait for her so she can do it. They didn’t understand I had a flight to catch and had to pick up my son. This was a very stressful experience that I ended leaving in tears. They didn’t offer a discount or anything just went on like nothing. I didn’t want to disrespect them either because it was just too much for me. I’m very disappointed and disgusted as neither of theses women offer some sympathy another client actually was nice enough to ask if I was okay. I had to literally fly out with ugly nails for my bday and not only that I had to do them over because I had my maternity photoshop!
