Critical: ProfessionalismSo I’m going to rant and suggest you DO NOT use SKP massage in Whitehouse, OH. Long story short, I had an appointment for a massage Monday evening at 7. I called Sunday morning at 9 to cancel. I explained on the voicemail that my dad was having emergency open heart surgery on Monday. I expected to be charged 40% because I cancelled day before, but was hoping due to the circumstances that she would forgive it.We’ll let Me Tell you, I got an email with a receipt that Stephanie charged me the full amount for my appt. I called and explained that I had called and cancelled I even emailed her proof that I called. (I will post pic). She said, well we don’t have any missed call or voicemail from you that you called.WOW! Okay I see how you do business. You are insensitive and have no compassion. I will tell everyone I know to NOT use Stephanie at SKP massage. Now who has a really good, strong, deep tissue massage girl?!! I have been a client of Stephanie’s for over a year now. She is a fantastic massage therapist and listens well to work on specific areas. Her place is an independent clinic and not a spa. This keeps costs reasonable. Her massage area is always clean and quiet and her table is primo! She has helped me to reduce back and neck pain and also keep stress levels in check. She is always friendly, professional, and skillful; you really can’t ask for any more!
