Fantastic experience! I stumbled upon this MedSpa & it had great reviews so I decided to give it a try. It’s a great location and it’s very clean! My teenage son has bad acne & skin that is very prone to blackheads. Neither of us had ever gone to an aesthetician so we did not know what to expect; however, the aesthetician was very knowledgeable. She allowed me to stay in the room while my son was seen, she was very hygienic, & she explained everything to us about skin and skincare. She talked him through everything that she was doing and took her time to provide a great service. His skin was in bad shape before going but when we left we could see a lot of improvement. We have already gone back and we will continue to go back!

Twice I drove all the way for an appointment and no one was even at the shop. When I called they would say oh sorry we forgot to let you know that your appointment is canceled. They wouldn’t tell me and then no one would be at the shop. This place is a total scam. I cannot stress this enough. When I asked to talk to the manager a woman replied “do your research”…. She wouldn’t even give me the number. Now- they won’t email me back or call me back.

SCAM! DO NOT GO HERE! I bought three microneedling sessions and paid for all three sessions upfront on my first visit. However after my first appointment, they would not answer or return any of my phone calls for me to schedule my two remaining appointments. I tried to reach out for weeks – called, texted, and even reached out on all of their social media platforms. No answer. After weeks of calling I finally used my friends phone to call to see if they were truly ignoring my number, and they answered on the first ring (proving they were trying to scam me out of my other two sessions I ALREADY paid for) THIS IS A SCAM OF A BUSINESS & EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. BEWARE!!!!
