Firstly this review is primarily for customer service and not treatment. I love the person I see here, and that’s what is holding me to this place. I am appalled at the terrible customer service. For most of the time, they don’t manage the calendars well, which means I have never started an appointment in the last year ‘on time. But this incident was way beyond my level of tolerance. I showed up for an 8 am appointment after it was confirmed to me over the phone twice two days before to hear nothing was ever booked for me. The person at the reception initially didn’t even acknowledge it until I showed her my call records, and even after that, all I got was zero empathy. She wasn’t even looking at me when talking, as if I was a bother. Not just a waste of time but the expenses incurred to get there. Having fancy interiors doesn’t make an establishment premium how you treat and make your customers feel is everything.

Catherine is amazing, you won’t regret going to her. She’s super sweet and knowledgable. It’s hard to find someone you’d trust with your face. I almost don’t want the word to get out about her, but that would be selfish. Go and see if you need anything from BBL light therapy to fillers.

I have been seeing Adriana for 3 years now and she has completely transformed my skin. I am in my mid 30s and suffer from an oily and acneic skin type. She has been able to hone in on what my skin needs, and cater her treatments and product recommendations to the results I’m looking for. I leave every service with my skin balanced, glowing, and detoxified! I typically book the power hour along with various chemical peels. I have also been following the skincare regimen she suggested for me, for the past few years, and while I definitely noticed the immediate results, the long term results have been substantial. My fine lines and wrinkles have dramatically subsided, and people are shocked I’ve never had Botox. I feel confident in my skin without makeup! Which has been a wonderful thing to experience. My breakouts are nearly non existent (except for the occasional hormonal blemish), and by using the skincare she recommended, my skin is more normalized and clear. Make sure you book in advance with Adriana, because her spots go quickly! I am so thankful to have her as my aesthetician.

She helps me set realistic expectations for my results, is an excellent communicator, and skilled at giving Botox treatments (very considerate of any pain and is super gentle). Overall very meh. Went for a facial. It was perfectly fine. Not very relaxing as the esthetician was talking and asking questions throughout the facial. They did some extractions and left me with some hyperpigmentation that hasn’t faded. They just added about $300 worth of products when I was checking out without asking until I told them I wasn’t interested in purchasing anything. Overall not at all worth $200 in Ly opinion. I have had far better facials at different spas that were not as costly and overall a way better experience.

I had the opportunity to get a CoolSculpting treatment from Kaylee in May. The results after three months were undeniable, the before and after pictures amazing! Kaylee has a way of making me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I can be so hard and judgmental of myself, but Kaylee’s professional and warm manner helped ease those thoughts and make me feel so excited and beautiful about the results.
