Signature facial with Kim was superb. One of the best facials I’ve had. Feedback for SkinSpirit to improve customer experience would just be to have a pricing sheet for clients to make it easier to understand what the costs are going to be and to plan out treatments. There’s no pricing online and when I asked for pricing for different treatments, they did not have a pricing sheet for services and any packages. I had to take notes on my phone. The other request is to give clients a list of what products were used on their skin and anything recommended to help achieve desired results. Would be great if this was in online profile that gets created. Anyhow, I’d go here again for their facials.

I hadn’t had a facial in about 2 years. I was paired with Melissa. She did such an excellent job in getting my skin back on track. She did microdermabrasion and chemical peel, as my skin needed these treatments and she was able to perform both without leaving my skin irritated. It felt so good and I will be booking again.
