Just moved from another state and I needed my lashes filled. No one would touch them, and it was quite frustrating. Matilda was amazing! I was in and out, and my lashes look sooooooooo good! I’m so happy all the other places turned me down because I have found my forever lash home!

Mathilda does a lot of continuing education and is up on all the latest technology. I’ve had microblading also done by Mathilda. Perfect job. I highly recommend her. Jeanne

Critical: QualityI got my lashes on and they did not feel right from jump street. They looked pretty at first and when I got home and really looked, I started to see what was wrong. They started to fall off pretty quickly. I went to another company and she was able to fix them and feel so much better. She stated they were over clustered and were more of a plastic type lash which is why they felt crunchy. They we also way too close to my skin. Waste of over $200.00. I feel way better now that they are fixed. I looked like a spider. I also had other people tell me they did not look right. I had my appointment with her one time like awhile ago. One thing that I loved about her was she was really fast at what she was doing and she did a great job. But one thing that will make me not go to her anymore is, she wasn’t friendly to me at all. During my brazilian wax, she didn’t make me feel welcome or comfortable at all. I felt like she was in a hurry to get me in and get me out. She didn’t even talk to me at all. When I tried to be the one to talk to her so distracted me while she wax. With my friend telling me she was great. I trusted my friend. With my experience I didn’t like that I didn’t felt welcome and was in a rush. Maybe I just caught her at the wrong time and day that she wasn’t having a good day.. Customer service is always a big thing for me. But since then I was scare to book with her agian. I had look for a new person to go to. Please no matter your customer before or your day goes, don’t let your day ruin your customers. It’s going to make them feel so uncomfortable especially when they are trusting you to help them with something personal. Yes time is money but staying humble doesn’t cost anything.
