I haven’t had a facial in years. This was the first facial I’ve had since before the pandemic and IT.WAS.GLORIOUS! Cynthia Smith has over 24 years experience working with top dermatologists. Her knowledge of skin shows through her professionalism and services. She has quite a list of services, but is also able to customize according to the clients skin needs. Located in Newhall, her service space is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and as impeccable as her work. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I’ve received many facials throughout the years, and Cynthia is by far the best esthetician around. She knows her stuff and she’s a lovely person as well. Her prices are extremely reasonable and I’d highly recommend her.

I called back in August to see about taking advantage of her Vitamin C facial special. Called a few times and always got voicemail, left a few messages and also emailed her. Never got a response. I’ve been wanting to find an esthetician in Santa Clarita as I usually go to the valley for facials and I go quite often so it’s a bit inconvenient to drive so far. I saw she had been active on Instagram so I decided to try again and direct messaged her (even though it has been 4 months and she still never got back to me). I sent the message yesterday, still no response and when I look at her page she had posted something 10 hours ago. I don’t know what is wrong with this woman or why she’s so incapable of basic communication but I should not have to work this hard to get in touch with someone who I was willing to give my hard earned money to. I’ll take my business and potential referrals elsewhere.
