This place is perfect. They have a beautiful lobby. It’s all super clean and is a very nice ambiance. The staff is always so helpful and greets you with a smile! I’m almost done with my treatments and I’ve seen great results already. After coming here I told my sister and mom to come too because they’re THAT good. If you’re gonna get laser done you HAVE to come here. They’re amazing.

Skinsations is the place to go for all of your skin care needs. I have been going here for almost 2 years for laser hair removal and all of the technicians are wonderful. The staff is very informative, and have made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Their scheduling is a breeze, and they frequently will call and offer soon appointment times if they have them! I couldn’t recommend them more.

I love this place and my technician was amazing. I am just very disappointed in the customer service by the manager(I wish I would’ve gotten her name). I wanted to changed an appointment time to another day due to a prior appointment I couldn’t cancel at all. Instead of changing the appointment like any other business would do, they wanted to charge me a fee. I understand if I cancel the appointment all together and no rebook, I would have no problem paying a fee, but the “manager” offered to change it to another day but saying she has to charge a fee. Please understand my service takes literally 5 mins, literally. It has been times where I would come and the technician is running behind and I have had to wait after my appointment time, I didn’t complain nor did I ask for a credit due to me having to wait after my given appointment time because technicians were running behind. I do understand every business has policies they have to follow but at some point you have to have compassion to your loyal customers. I have paid the fee before with no complaints but I have been going to this place for quite some time time and I tip my technician very well. I didn’t want to cancel the appointment just wanted to change it to another day. Needless to say I did love this place but due to the lack of compassion for their loyal customers I will be finding somewhere else to give my hard earn money too. It saddens me to leave due to a manager not having compassion and understanding. As of today 11/10, I attempted to contact this establishment and speak to the owner to see if I can get my last service done and they informed me that I will still have to pay the fee although I had to change my appointment due to my son being sick. This was their one chance to make it right and they didn’t.
