I cannot give enough stars to Dr. Frankel and his wife Clair. Their professionalism was top notch and he was able to notice things with my skin that I hadn’t really paid attention to. My dark circles and skin tone and texture were my biggest concern and he was able to transform my skin into something that I didn’t believe was possible. They both talked to me the whole time and their ability to make you as comfortable as possible was spot on. I will definitely be going back to them. I’m 40 years old and was definitely looking rough. I had micro needling done at a place that apparently did not know what they were doing so I decided to get a consultation for Aquagold at SkinRx. I cannot give enough stars to Dr. Frankel and his wife Clair. Their professionalism was top notch and he was able to notice things with my skin that I hadn’t really paid attention to. Critical: CommunicationNormally I would rate this place 5 stars but I feel like I was majorly ripped off earlier this week on an IPL facial. Let me explain, I’ve been coming into this place to get full-face IPL treatments done for about a year. I’ve had three total treatments done in the span of a year. The first two treatments cost me $150. The second time I came in my specialist informed me that the prices will raise to $200 per IPL session. No problem for me, well… I came in earlier this week to get only CHEEKS and CHIN done and she charged me $350$!!! NO ONE informed me it would be that high! Last time I came in I was told $200. $350 for a partial face treatment is absolutely insane price. I’ve been getting these treatments done all over the country and I’ve NEVER had anyone charge me that much for a partial face IPL. Honestly, she should have told me before the treatment that it would be that much! I’ve seen her three times. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it by the time she charged me because I didn’t want to cause a scene but I’m honestly very unhappy with the lack of communication from this business. Normally I would rate this place 5 stars but I feel like I was majorly ripped off earlier this week on an IPL facial. Let me explain, I’ve been coming into this place to get full-face IPL treatments done for about a year. I’ve had three total treatments done in the span of a year. The first two treatments cost me $150. The second time I came in my specialist informed me that the prices will raise to $200 per IPL session.
