We are a doctor-supervised medical spa under the direction of Dr. J. Jason Wendel, MD, FACS. located in historic Music Row in Nashville, TN. We want to get to know who you are, what you enjoy doing, and what you want most from your skincare results: a personalized experience that is often missed in most doctors offices. Im so disappointed. After 3 years being injected with with some type of new botox. . Iv got a dent in my eye that has never left!!! Also had my lips done and it was terrible. When I told Chrsty about this she said I needed to pay another 400. To make a difference. No thanks.. will never go back

I have been a loyal client for many years since then, and have nothing but wonderful things to say about any and every experience I’ve had at Skin Rn. They have never pushed any service on me, and have always educated me before hand about the service and expected outcome. I can not say enough nice things about Christy, Teresa, and the rest of the staff. They are always so kind and patient and eager to answer any questions I may have. Recently both of my daughters started going to Christy for facials and they absolutely love her! She has to be one of the sweetest most mild mannered people I have ever met. I found this place online very easily when I googled Botox in Nashville. I have a bad habit of not shopping around and after this experienced I learned my lesson. I’m 26 yrs and I wanted Botox to get rid of the small lines around my eyes and aboved my forehead. I booked appointment, the staff was friendly and helpful when i arrived. Christy was my Botox lady, she seemed nice and I went alonged with the procedure. Well, I found out I was charged double then what I should of got charged, that was my fault for not shopping around. Then I developed a dent aboved my left eye a couple of days later. when I went back to get it fix the same girl christy corrected it, she had a attitude and she wasn’t friendly at all. First you rip me off then, you get mad you have to fix what you should of done right the first place. This place is a rip off. I suggest you shop around before you give these people your money. I went down there street to get my laugh lines filled and it was half the price christy quoted me. I highly suggest you shop around before you go to this place!!!
