The absolute worst! They trick you very well. I purchased 2 eight session packages off GROUPON. Customer service started off well. I was impressed. The “spa” (if that’s what you want to call it) was super cute on the inside. However, only cleaned well the first day….Unfortunately a lot of small black owned businesses do not offer decent/good customer service nor consistency. I was only able to redeem 4 of the 8 sessions (with both packages). Of the 4 appointments someone was late 3x! Between session 2 and 3 the appt was canceled (so someone could have surgery) and rescheduled. They kept trying to get me to reschedule the appt during a time that was convenient for them! Then on the 5 appt NO ONE SHOW UP! I live in Decatur, the “spa” is in TYRONE GA! 40min away! After several attempts to contact someone I ended up speaking to the owners “assistant” and she confirmed that she would fix things with GROUPON so I could get a refund for the sessions not redeemed. When I followed up with Groupon, they told me that Skin On Tin said I redeemed all 8 of my session (for both packages)! That B!T@H STRAIGHT UP LIED! No refund for me and so therefore they stole my money!
